Ingredients	Brewer's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), microcrystalline cellulose°, gum arabic°, dog rose (Rosa canina) fruit D.E. (titrated to 70% vitamin C), silicon dioxide°°, zinc gluconate, vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), acerola (Malpighia glabra) fruit D.E. (titrated to 50% in vitamin C): natural flavouring: fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) fruit E.O., plant-based magnesium stearate°°, copper gluconate, vitamin A (retinyl acetate), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), biotin, potassium iodide, sodium selenite. °Bulking agent. °°Anti-caking agent.
Directions for use	It is recommended to take 4 tablets one to three times a day at any time (4 to 12 tablets a day). Close accurately after use.
